Was in town for work and had this place recommended for a hearty breakfast. I was not disappointed by their quick and friendly service, reasonable prices and hearty helpings. This is exactly what you hope for when you go to a pancake house.
Quite possibly the best restaurant I’ve seen in a very long time. Clean, very clean. And prompt. My food was done and served faster than a fast food store. Kind, very courteous and smiling faces. The best dining experience I’ve witnessed in decades. I wish I could give it more stars as this place unequivocally earned it. Thanks for all you do. “Above & Beyond”.
Great stop on our journey for a hearty breakfast. Clean, fast, friendly service and they even have postcards! We had the eggs, bacon and potatoes. The bacon was thick, crispy and so tasty. The potatoes stole the show though. Freshly peeled, fried, and seasoned just right, just like at grandmas house! We had the pecan pancakes, chocolate chip pancakes and strawberry pancakes and they did not disappoint. What was disappointing was they weren’t serving their house special, the apple pancake that day. I was really looking forward to that. The coffee was also not bad and my cup stayed full.
I am currently out training to become a trucker for the country, my trainer offered to buy my breakfast since I am dead broke. This was truly an amazing place. Food is top notch service is super quick and polite and its got a great atmosphere. I truly cannot believe this place isn't a chain restaurant. Any and every trucker needs to check this place out. Even the water is purified and not tap.
Just awesome! They have a few spots for limited time truck parking. Food was great, fresh and delicious. The apple pancake is worth the wait and if you're going to cheat on your carbs, this one dish is worth it!!
The Pancake House did not disappoint! The outside looks a bit old-time and somewhat dated, so it doesn't quite reflect what you find when you walk in. The interior space is very clean and appears recently remodeled, making for a really nice dining environment while keeping that comfortable, down-home local vibe. The food was incredibly fresh. The biscuits and gravy were good, and my two eggs over easy were cooked perfectly alongside a great side of home fries. Of course, the buttermilk pancakes were the star of the show, absolutely amazing, light, and fluffy. Excellent food, fresh presentation, and a great local spot!
Stopped in driving through town early in the am! Such a friendly environment and happy go lucky people. Coffee was hot and ready and my sandwich was perfectly made to order. It was delicious! -Thank you
Great place! Pecan pancakes were AMAZING! The potato pancake did not match expectations. But the strawberry crepes, banana pancake, and strawberry pancake were great too! Also had eggs & bacon ala carte at a GREAT price! Although we're passing through we Would definitely go here again!
My husband and I stopped in on our way through. Food was great, service was great very clean and very quick. My husband got steak and eggs his steak was an over cooked but they fixed it immediately. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.
Great place! I had the 2x4 - 2 eggs and 4 pancakes. Eggs were fluffiest scrambled eggs ever. Pancakes were fluffy and light. Excellent coffee and service. Reasonably priced. Big parking lot.
